Boophis williamsi is a species of frog in the family Mantellidae endemic to Madagascar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, and heavily degraded former forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
