Joppolo Giancaxio (Italian: [ˈjɔppolo dʒaŋˈkaʃʃo]; Sicilian: Jòppulu Giancaxiu or Giancasciu) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) south of Palermo and about 8 kilometres (5 mi) northwest of Agrigento.
Joppolo Giancaxio borders the following municipalities: Agrigento, Aragona, Raffadali, Santa Elisabetta.
