Suez Township is located in Mercer County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 595 and it contained 277 housing units.[2] Suez Township changed its name from Palmyra Township sometime before 1921.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 37.11 square miles (96.1 km2), all land.[2]
