Tindallia texcoconensis is a Gram-positive, non-spore-forming, moderately halophilic, strictly anaerobic, alkaliphilic and motile bacterium from the genus of Tindallia which has been isolated from groundwater from the lake Texcoco in Mexico.[1][2][3][4]
