William Mendiola Castro (is an American politician and lawyer. A member of the Republican Party, Castro is a former candidate for Guam's at-large congressional district in the 2020 United States House of Representatives election in Guam. He was previously a member of the Guam Legislature and was the minority leader from 2019 to 2021.[1] He is currently the chief of staff for the Governor of the Northern Mariana Islands, Arnold Palacios.[2]
