Xalqobod (Uzbek: Xalqobod/Халқобод, Russian: Халкабад, romanized: Khalkabad) is an urban-type settlement in Namangan Region, Uzbekistan. It is part of Pop District.[1] The town population in 1989 was 6429 people.[2]
