Kawakami (川上村, Kawakami-mura) is a village located in Yoshino District, Nara Prefecture, Japan.
As of March 2017, the village has an estimated population of 1,498 and a density of 5.6 persons per km2. The total area is 269.26 km2.[1]
History
Between 1991 and 2016, no families in Sogio district had a birth.[2]
